Customer service

Our studio is located in Kyiv, Turhenivskaya, 26 and open on
Monday - Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00. 

All the fittings are available through an appointment only. 
The average time allocated to fitting is 30 minutes, it may alter upon customer’s request. 

Please, note that if you are late for more than 15 minutes, our consultant can reschedule your appointment at her discretion depending on the workload.

We kindly ask you not to bring more than 1-2 guests to the evening clothes fitting and more than 2-3 guests to the bridal wear fitting.
