Where can I try the clothes on?

Our boutique is located in Kyiv, Turhenivskaya, 26.
Working hours - monday-saturday 11:00 - 19:00
*by appointment only

What currency do you accept?
We accept payments in UAH, USD and EUR.

How long will it take me to get my order?
As all our clothing are made-to measure and customizable upon customer’s request, approximate tailoring time is 5-7 days.
Domestic delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta and takes 2-3 days.
Worldwide delivery takes 5-7 days(may change due to delays on the part of shipping service).

How do I know my size?
Please, examine our size chart before purchase.
*we use a metric system and all the measurement should be done in centimeters.

Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns. Please, examine our return policy before the purchase.

Which countries does BALYKINA ship to?
We ship worldwide, except Russia and Belarus.
